rzy dzisiejszej ul. Działdowskiej powstał dworzec
główny. Wybudowano go wkrótce po oddaniu linii
w 1887 r. W roku 1909 otrzymał, podobnie jak i mia-
sto, zbudowaną z czerwonej cegły wieżę wodociągową.
Budynek dworca w latach trzydziestych strawił pożar.
Został szybko odbudowany, lecz w innym stylu. Wie-
ża ciśnień zniszczona została w pierwszych dniach
II wojny światowej (prawdopodobnie wysadzona),
a odbudowana przez Niemców znacznie wyższa od
pierwotnej wersji w 1940 r.

t today’s Dzialdowska Street there was a Main
Railway Station built. It was built shortly after
launching the line in 1887. In 1909 it got, like the
town, built of the red brick, the tower of water supply.
The Station building was destroyed by fire in the thir-
ties. It was quickly rebuilt, but in a different style. The
water tower was destroyed on the first days of World
War II (possibly blown up), and rebuilt by the Ger-
mans in 1940, much higher than the original version.

er Hauptbahnhof Lidzbark wurde nach dem Jahr
1887 an der Działdowska – Straße gebaut. 1909
errichtete man einen Wasserturm aus Ziegelsteinen.
Das Gebäude des Hauptbahnhofs wurde in den drei-
ßiger Jahren verbrannt und kurz darauf wieder aufge-
baut.
