Cibórz
Z
ałożycielem wsi Cibórz w XIV wieku był
prawdopodobnie Ścibór (stąd jedna z nie-
mieckich nazw wsi to Stibor, Stiber). Od XVIII
w., przez okres rozbiorów, aż po 1945 r. wieś na-
leżała do rodziny Mieczkowskich, przechodząc
z ojca na syna. Był to uprzemysłowiony majątek
ziemski o areale 1200 ha z gorzelnią, cegielnią
i tartakiem ze względu na 300 ha obszar lasów.

he founder of the village Ciborz in the
fourteenth century was probably Scibor
(hence one of the German names of villages
is Stibor, Stiber). Since the eighteenth century,
on to the period of the partitions, up to 1945,
the village belonged to the Mieczkowski family
passing from father to son. This was an estate
of industrialized area of 1,200 hectares with
a distillery, brickyard and a sawmill due to the
300 hectares of forest area.

as Dorf wurde wahrscheinlich im 14. Jh.
gegründet und gehörte vom 18. Jh. und
dann durch die Teilungen Polens bis 1945 der
Familie Mieczkowski an. Das war ein industri-
alisiertes Landgut mit der Fläche von 1200 ha,
darunter eine Waldfläche von 300 ha. Es gab
auch eine Branntweinbrennerei, eine Ziegelei
und ein Sägewerk.
