pierzei zachodniej zniknął tylko jeden budynek graniczący
z dzisiejszą ul. Krótką. Zniszczonej zabudowy tej parceli nie
odbudowano. Najprawdopodobniej wiązało się to z poszerzeniem
ul. Krótkiej, która w latach 50. i 60. XX w. stanowiła fragment dro-
gi z Działdowa do Brodnicy przechodzącej wówczas przez centrum
miasta.

Most likely it was connected with the expansion of Krotka Street,
which in the 50s and 60s of the 20th century was part of the road
