entrum miasta stanowił prostokątny rynek pośrodku
którego stanął ratusz. Z narożników rynku wybiegało 6
uliczek. Są to dzisiejsze ulice: Podgórna, Krótka, Zamkowa
i Kościelna oraz nieistniejące dwie krótkie uliczki odchodzą-
ce od rynku na północ i południe wzdłuż wschodniej pierzei
rynkowej. Być może są to niezlokalizowane do dziś ulice Jobo-
wa i Rocha. Z rynkiem od strony wschodniej graniczył kościół
z cmentarzem, oddzielony od rynku blokiem zabudowy i wą-
ską uliczką łączącą dzisiejsze ulice Zamkową i Kościelną, od
strony zachodniej natomiast plac targowy (dzisiejszy Słomia-
ny Rynek). Od strony północnej rynek przylegał do rzeki Wel.

he city centre was a rectangular square in the middle of
which stood the town hall. The corners of the market
led to 6 streets. These are today’s streets: Podgorna, Krotka,
Zamkowa and Koscielna and non-existent two short streets
extending from the market to the north and south along the
east side of the market. Perhaps they are still non-localized
Jobowa and Roch streets. On the east side the Market bor-
dered with church with a cemetery, separated from the main
square by block building and a narrow street linking today’s
Zamkowa and Koscielna street, from the west the market
square (today’s Straw Market). The north side of the market
adjoined the River Wel.

m Stadtzentrum an der Straße Rynek „Markt“ (dicht ne-
ben der Hl. Adalbert Kirche und der Straße Strohmarkt)
– dem quadratischen Platz wurde ein Rathaus errichtet. Von
den Ecken des Rynek genannten Marktplatzes liefen sechs
Straßen aus: (heute) Krótka, Podgórna, Zamkowa und
Kościelna und dann Jobowa und Rocha, die heutzutage nicht
lokalisiert wurden.
